Chocolate Bacon Truffles
1¼ cups Dark chocolate peanut butter
½ cup Butter, melted
3 cups Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 (16 oz) package Chocolate CANDIQUIK® Coating
8 slices Cooked bacon, diced
1. In a large bowl mix dark chocolate peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Roll the mixture into balls and place in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Melt Chocolate CANDIQUIK® Coating in Melt & Make™ Microwaveable Tray according to package directions.
4. Dip each truffle in melted coating, allowing the excess coating to drip off and place on wax paper to set; sprinkle with diced bacon.
