Crunchy, Sweet, & Salty - a classic favorite!
Ingredients
1(16 oz) package Vanilla or Chocolate CANDIQUIK® Coating
3 cups crunchy chow mein noodles
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup spanish peanuts, salted
Instructions
1. Combine chow mein noodles and peanuts in mixing bowl.
2. Melt CANDIQUIK® Coating in Melt & Make™ Microwaveable Tray according to directions on package. Add peanut butter; stir until blended.
3. Pour melted CANDIQUIK and peanut butter mixture over chow mein mixture. Stir until mixture is evenly coated.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper; let set until dry.
