Peanut butter truffles sandwiched between two pretzel snaps, dipped in Vanilla CANDIQUIK®! Make plenty, these won't last long!
Ingredients
1¼ cups peanut butter
½ cup butter, melted
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 bag pretzel snaps
1 (16 oz.) package Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Coating
Instructions
1. In a large bowl mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Roll the mixture into small balls and press lightly between two pretzel snaps.
3. Melt Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Coating in Melt & Make™ Microwaveable Tray according to package directions.
4. Dip each pretzel bite in CANDIQUIK, allowing the excess coating to drip off and place on wax paper to set; sprinkle.
Tip: when dipping pretzel bites, squish one end of the pretzel bites very close together because they will tend to separate when being dipped.
